Do not go here will be lied to and won't get your car back for months. They will say its good but than wont respond for months back when you say its not fixed. They charge you for work that wasn't done. They save old fluids to make it look like yours are bad so they can charge you for new transmission. Trust me go somewhere else reputable .They said they sent car to another place to have tuned and alignment. Was lied to was never aligned or tuned! Than when I asked where it was done they gave me excuses and dodge questions..notice how they dint address my concerns how they didn't align my car. They said they did it in shop but I have text message that says otherwise. Asked multiple times where my car was taking to they lied said their shop. They saying I never kept appointments show text or proof where i missed one appointment?of course I wasn't letting you guys have my car again to get charge more money and not have my car for months on in!

Our son was stranded on I-55 mile marker 120 late August 8th. JLR came all the way from Springfield to tow the vehicle and take him to a nearby hotel where he found the last available room due to the State fair. The next week JLR quoted a rebuilt transmission for $2,400. They later found a transmission torque converter for $500.00 and only had to replace this part. With labor and new fluid the total repair only cost 💲1,816.00 or $600.00 less! For a 20 year old car in great shape this was spectacular. Thank you so much JLR! You definitely went above and beyond for a total stranger. Well done!

By far the WORST mechanic & business I have literally encountered!! Had my vehicle for 2 months still no diagnosis, owner and lady at front were extremely rude and aggressive luckily I had self control and had the police come where they agreed with me.! doesnt return calls, doesn’t communicate. Wish I checked other reviews first don’t be me!! They also didn’t want to tell me who they outsourced my car to, didn’t tell me the mechanic/owner was color blind and trying to trace wire which is why it was outsourced.! Ended up doing business with the outsource instead.!! Please don’t take your car here ever.!! Have video evidence of it all & a Facebook live!! Check other reviews same stuff crazy work

Fast, friendly service! Called Monday and they worked out a good time for me to drop off the car Tuesday. Got the estimate that day, dropped the car off Thursday evening and Friday they changed the throttle body and oil and got the car back to me Friday afternoon! They were very good about getting it done quickly, working around my schedule and at a reasonable price!

I couldn’t figure out how to fix my windshield wiper arm. I didn’t know anyone to help me. Everywhere I went said I needed either a new nut or the thread was off. After going to several places on a rainy day, I was referred to this place. Not only did he just come out and fix my windshield wiper, but he was also very generous. Now I won’t go anywhere else but here for every auto need I have. When people are just helpful out of the kindness of their heart- they deserve the best to come their way. It may have been a small thing for anyone else, but it was a huge deal for me. I appreciate this guy so much. Thanks again!
